Not to mention V Shred is constantly trying to sell more and more products, especially during your original check out. I don't have time to watch all of the videos to explain each part of the program some are over 40 minutes long. The directions given for the program are too long and time consuming. Too much information is given and it is not organized in an easy, quick manner for busy working mothers to access. I have been extremely disappointed in the V Shreds program. Don't fall for it! You only lose weight in your wallet. No more reaction at all, but you are being thrown to the dead with advertising emails to purchase supplements. There is literally 'all programs' guaranty on their website and Vince says it in his video but when you want to cancel it (I did it already in 3 days after purchase) you receive 1 mail with a no and then it goes quiet. I made the purchase and as soon as I want to cancel it you say it isn't possible? I feel lied to. I would never have bought it otherwise without this assurance. AND both the video of Vince and the website clearly state that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee ALL PROGRAMS. The shopkeeper can therefore not say that he has personally invested time in it. AND I still have the right to return it and get my money back. BUT the trainer indicate that it is not possible for the whole amount, because personal time has been invested BUT a shopkeeper has also personally invested time in purchasing a product, to put it neatly in his store, and then put effort in it to explain it to me how it works and then let me pay it and packing it for me. I have fill in the questionnaire what I do or do not want to exercise, but nothing is done with it at all and the online exercises contain the exercises that I do not want. I just want to see the right thing at once.

So veganfood is literally not in the program and I can't work with a diet plan where I have to continuously read the extra option rules. So this is NOT a personalized diet plan if they just don't have the options to pass on vegan meals.

The trainer respond that she do not have that choice in the program and that she has noted it as an option below that it must be vegan cheese. It says cheese in it even though I'm vegan. This is not a personal dietplan! - The diet is only 1 week instead of 1 month. This company is an excellent example of how misleading marketing can be and how stupid we are falling for it :D (me included). Still, they had food with dairy in the plan. Oh, and there was an option to check that I was dairy-free.

I haven't responded to the weekly check-ins with the 'nutritionist,' yet I received an email a few weeks after signing up: 'you did a great job.' - Full automation, no human touch, which would be surprising for this amount of money, I agree, but then advertising it as a custom plan is quite misleading. You get boring workout plans, millions of emails about supplements they sell (even if you're in a country where they don't ship, not to mention that I don't want supplements, I was hoping to get information on healthy nutrition), and a meal plan that barely contains carbohydrates and with my weekly 5-6 hours of workout leaves me starving (about 1350 calories per day) after the guy says in the ad that starving and no-carb diets are the enemy. I thought it would be something different. I fell for the 'I know how female bodies work' ads. Nothing special, boring workouts & loads of supplements If they do I will return to re-review with hopefully a better review. Im only glad I didn’t try to get the two supplements I was going to get. I hope it is just an oversight and they can fix me. I have read the complaints page and saw this has happened with a few others and they were refunded bc they asked.

But not being able to use or get into my programs prevents unless they ever get back to me on how or unblock my products. Heck no! I paid a lot of money! I’m not here to give an ugly rating on a product I haven’t used, but I still want to use the program! And make a decision the right way.

And some of the others that are mine say 5 day free trial. BUT I went into my app and it only showed purchase options for all I have already purchased. So after all of the stress and hardship I decided I’d at least attempt to feel better and beat the fatigue with my vshred plans and overcome and be positive. After, covid attacked, then on work clearance exam a cancer was discovered. I purchased the fat loss extreme with 5 free gifts (programs) and diet plan close to a year ago that came with lifetime membership. If only I could really review the program 🤷‍♀️
